TERRI BROWN
Terri Brown is a real estate investor, general contractor and coach and professional speaker. She is a serial entrepreneur with all of her companies operating with a service impact model. Terri has a heart for people and community development.
Additionally, she is founder and executive director of Resiliency Way ™ , a nonprofit organization, 501c3. She purchased her first home at the age of 22 and has been investing in real estate since 2006. She is passionate about providing wealth exposure and access to individuals and communities, that are otherwise disenfranchised and distressed.
Terri’s goals are to provide encouragement, education and empowerment with every individual and community engagement opportunity. She embodies the essence of resourcefulness and resiliency. She went from being an adjudicated youth to rising the ranks in the Police Department.
She went from being homeless at the age of 16 to owning homes and currently managing a growing rental portfolio. She went from living in one of the roughest, crime ridden areas of North Philadelphia to building a half-million dollar home, new construction, in the suburbs, where she currently resides.
Terri’s greatest accomplishment is going from being a hell raiser to heaven’s ambassador (she is all things Jesus). Prior to becoming a full-time real estate investor, Terri worked for the Philadelphia Police Department and retired as a Police Detective, with 14 years of credible service.
As an 18-year real estate investing vet, Terri knows first hand the challenges of getting started in the Real Estate field when having a full-time job and other responsibilities in life. Terri started her real estate investing career as a Crisis Police Detective in the City of Philadelphia. From having to navigate around an unpredictable schedule working REQUIRED double and triple shifts, Terri pressed her way into the Real Estate investing world never looking back after her first property in 2006.
Terri has extensive experience in every facet of the real estate industry. From investor, mastering each type of investing approaches and strategies to General Contractor, managing construction projects of all sizes to a bonafide real estate developer. Terri is dedicated to showing others how to get into real estate investing based on that person's best fit for their time, resources and level of desired involvement. Terri makes learning real estate digestable and gives you the tools execute on the strategies that make the most sense for you.

TYRICE MCCOY-MNGUNI
As a building professional Tyrice McCoy-Mnguni has had the privilege of walking with her clients in building both their projects and their abundant lives.
Tyrice consults and provides project management services to real estate developers, churches, and missions organizations. She is also the Owner and Global Renewal Therapist at Generate Abundance, LLC. With her varied background in civil engineering, construction management, Marriage and Family Therapy, psychology, and her life devoted to missions and international Kingdom expansion, Tyrice is a proponent of walking your purpose path wherever it may lead, and that with God, nothing along the journey is ever lost.
With experience in successfully managing over $25 Million in contracts in the commercial construction management sector as an Engineer and Project lead, and her experience with large commercial construction building from the ground up, Tyrice McCoy-Mnguni walks with her clients from envisioning their project, to building their vision.
Tyrice walks with her clients so they grow from ideation to viability. Working with them side-by-side, together, they innovate and create the solutions to support her clients’ business growth goals.
