I had the pleasure of supporting Terri as she led a multi-week class discussing real estate strategies, construction, key financial terms and actionable ways to get started in real estate investing. The class was filled with an in-depth look into how to understand real estate fundamentals with a focus on the BRRR method, leveraging different funding options and construction. The class was filled with games, giveaways and guest speakers.
Though I wasn’t a participant, I learned valuable information and would recommend the class to both new and experienced investors.

One of the things that was super evident during the class was how passionate Terri is about helping people reach their real estate goals. She is passionate about ensuring new investors have an understanding of the good, the bad and the ugly of real estate investing. I think what sets this class apart from others is that Terri shared her personal testimonies during the class to let them know what she's teaching - she has lived - and that matters. Meaning she was transparent about her processes, what things worked, what didn't, where money was lost etc. As a student - it is important to know that real estate isn't all glitter and gold. Therefore, students worked away with learning that the fundamentals that were explained are imperative to their success, but also with an understanding that you have to plan for the unexpected.

Terri Brown, a 15 year real estate investing vet, knows first hand the challenges of getting started in the Real Estate field when having a full-time job and other responsibilities in life. Terri started her real estate investing career as a Crisis Police Detective in the City of Philadelphia. From having to navigate around an unpredictable schedule working REQUIRED double and triple shifts, Terri pressed her way into the Real Estate investing world never looking back after her first property in 2006.
Terri has extensive experience in every facet of the real estate industry. From investor, mastering each type of investing approaches and strategies to General Contractor, managing construction projects of all sizes to a bonafide real estate developer. When and where is the class?

Access to the in-person training - Class Workbook and a 1-on-1 session to guide you on creating your real estate investing plan.
How is this class delivered?
This class is an online event.
Are there refunds for the workshops?
All purchases are NONREFUNDABLE. Purchase payments can be transferred to other events and/or services within one year of purchase.
What happens after I process my payment?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a welcome email. Inside of the email are instructions and the schedule. Leading up to the workshop date, you will receive additional resources and information to prepare you for the workshop. PLEASE make sure you whitelist my email address so you receive all communication.
Can I bring someone with me to the class?
Everyone attending is required to preregister and pay the admission fee via online. Each ticket for the admission of 1 person only.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions will be recorded and you will have access to the downloads and bonuses.
What if I want to be a client and work directly with you?
